Donald Marritz, Esq.

Don has a B.A. from Swarthmore College and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. He has previously been a staff attorney at Regional Housing Legal Services, MidPenn Legal Services, and the Family and Disability Law Clinics at Penn State-Dickinson School of Law.  He is the author of a law review article about the right to equality under Article III, sec. 32, of the Pennsylvania Constitution, as well as a chapter about Article I, sec. 11, of the Pennsylvania Constitution (open courts and remedies) in the book "The Pennsylvania Constitution: A Treatise on Rights and Remedies."  He has received special achievement awards from the Pennsylvania Bar Assn. (1998 and 2002) and an Excellence Award in 2006 from the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network.

He is currently interested in unemployment law and maintains the PLAN Legal Update.
