Daniel Cortes is a native of Colombia and a resident of Berks County.  He is based out of CJP's Reading office, preparing DACA applications and advancing the rights of the immigrant community in Pennsylvania.

Daniel graduated from Reading High School in 2008, Kutztown University in 2011, and Florida International University College of Law in 2019. After graduation Daniel worked at Legal Aid of Southeastern PA on expungements and other civil cases.

Daniel interned with CJP as a Martin Luther King Jr fellow working on VAWAS and U Visas.
