Dan is a staff attorney in CJP’s Pittsburgh Office where he practices in the areas of housing, utilities, civil rights, and consumer rights.

 

Before joining CJP, Dan spent 9 years as the Senior Housing Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services Association.

 

Dan is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he serves as co-vice chair of the Legal Services to the Public Committee.  Dan is also an appointed member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Minor Court Rules Committee.

 

Dan received a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
